  11.  Files uploaded here must not be direct sampled copies of copyrighted
  12.  material, you are, by placing mods in this area, accepting responsibilty
  13.  for this and also by doing so, accept to pay any legal fees or awards that
  14.  should be made against the sysop by any publisher/recording Company.
  15.  It is important to note that uploaded mods will also be deemed as
  16.  authorised for inclusion on any Compact disks that we may release.
